• The site looks old, with dull colors and blurry images
• Hard to read, and many different fonts
• "PGH-BOX > DINNER ~~~~CLICK FOR CONTENTS!" Using "~" and ">" can be replaced for a better user experience

Small details so that the user can feel more secure ordering from them, and are likely to come back. Make it easy for them to be able to checkout and buy their products.
